These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bria Northeast Supply Co. website and the purchase of products offered by Bria Northeast, LLC, d/b/a Bria Northeast Supply Co., a Delaware Limited Liability Company registered in Massachusetts. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are described as accurately as possible, including specifications, coverage estimates, certifications, and intended use. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Volume pricing is available for account customers and is subject to a separate agreement. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud-prevention measures.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. We prioritize fast shipping to Northeast commercial properties. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Bria Northeast Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Unused, unopened products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Opened cleaning concentrates, used mop systems, and deployed air freshener units may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact spicmartinez@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

All cleaning concentrate products must be used in accordance with product label instructions, including dilution ratios, surface compatibility, ventilation requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Bria Northeast Supply Co. is not liable for injuries, damage, or non-compliance resulting from improper use of chemical products. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, and state regulations governing the use of cleaning chemicals in commercial properties.
